Step 5: While checking out, fill in your credentials and flight information
Step 6: After placing your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 7: Following this, you’ll receive another mail, reconfirming your order
Step 8: Complete your transaction by making payments at the store
Step 9: Collect your order from the special pre-order counter

- Pre-order facility is currently available for customers planning to purchase from our arrival store.
- A customer can place order through www.cochindutyfree.com, no earlier than 7 days and no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.
- As part of the launch offer, customers using the pre-order facility can avail special discount from Cochin Duty Free arrival store.
- The order once placed cannot be modified. But you can get in touch with us to cancel it and then place a new order.
- Payments can be made by cash/debit or credit card (VISA, RUPAY or MasterCard)/UPI modes directly at Cochin
- Duty Free shop at the time of final billing of products.
